The newest: President Biden confirmed Monday that Russia has used hypersonic missiles in Ukraine, traveling at more than five times the speed of sound. The Kremlin is frustrated by its lack of success on the ground and may also seek to escalate the war through the use of biological and chemical weapons, Biden said.
