The head of the Russian Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces Igor Kirillov assured today that 30 Ukrainian laboratories in 14 settlements in the country have participated in largescale biologicalmilitary activities.
In a briefing on the results of the analysis of documents related to the military and biological work of the United States in this country, he noted that a registration card signed by Deputy Secretary of State of the Government of Ukraine Victor Polishchuk was found , confirming these data .
“The legal basis for the signing was a cooperation agreement to prevent the spread of technologies, pathogens and information that can be used to develop biological weapons,” said the Russian lieutenant general.
He noted that the job’s principal is identified on the registration card as the US Department of Defense’s Office of Threat Reduction.
He also explained that the Rosemont Seneca investment fund managed by Hunter Biden, son of US President Joe Biden, as well as the Soros Foundation are linked to the funding of biolabs in Ukraine.
“The incoming materials allow us to trace the interaction pattern between US government agencies and Ukrainian biological objects,” he said.
He said, “the scale of the program is impressive, because in addition to the Department of Defense, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are directly involved.
“All these activities are carried out under the full control of the Pentagon,” said the head of Russia’s radiation, chemical and biological defense forces.
In his statement, he warned that the transmission of pathogenic biomaterials from Ukraine to European countries could lead to the death of people and the creation of a hotbed of epidemiological instability, the magnitude of which will be comparable to the Covid19 pandemic.
Kirillov emphasized that the revealed documents show a scheme of sending biomaterials abroad from the territory of Ukraine, through which more than 16,000 biological samples were exported.
The Russian Ministry of Defense believes that, in connection with the information received, it is necessary to ask Washington for clarification on the true purposes of the US biological laboratories as part of an international investigation.
On March 6, the Russian Defense Ministry said Ukraine had developed biological weapons on its territory. On the 10th, the agency said Washington plans to investigate the possibility of bird and bat transmission of African swine fever and anthrax in Ukraine. On the same day, Kirillov claimed that “one of the tasks of the US and its allies is the creation of bioagents capable of selectively influencing different ethnic groups”, without specifying the mechanism of this selectivity.
Russia has slammed US accusations that it is using chemical weapons in Ukraine as “malicious” and reminded Washington has not yet destroyed its own
This Monday, Moscow accused Washington of developing biological weapons at facilities on Ukrainian soil before the UN Security Council. China has repeatedly asked the US to clarify details of the alleged program.
