Three people were killed in a Russian drone strike that hit a vocational school on the outskirts of Kiev on Wednesday, Ukraine’s Emergency Situations Ministry said.
According to the folder, two other people were injured and another was rescued from the building in the town of Rzhyshchiv, 80 km south of Kiev. The government says so too Four people are trapped under rubble from the top of the building that was hit.
