Ryan Giggs enjoyed an unconventional Christmas Day this year as he celebrated with both his current partner and ex.
The former Manchester United and Wales footballer, 48, is said to have spent the day with his girlfriend Zara Charles and his ex-wife Stacey along with their children Liberty and Zachary.
And their festive fun comes after news that a retrial on domestic violence allegations has been ordered against his ex-girlfriend Kate Greville, as he will have to wait until at least mid-2023 to know his fate.

Ryan spent the day with his children, girlfriend and ex-wife – whom he separated in 2017 but are still co-parents.
And according to The Sun, both former and current flames stand by the footballer amid his legal woes.
A source said: “Whatever happens next year, Stacey and Zara are standing by and supporting Ryan.

It comes as Ryan said he was “obviously disappointed” that a retrial on domestic abuse allegations has been ordered against his ex-girlfriend Kate Greville as he has to wait at least ten months to know his fate.
In a statement, he thanked “my legal team, my mother, my children, my girlfriend Zara and my closest friends for their support during this time.”

The retrial came after prosecutors decided to launch a criminal prosecution against the ex-footballer after a jury failed to reach a verdict after a three-week trial.
The former Welsh manager is accused of assaulting 38-year-old Greville and her 26-year-old sister Emma in a liquor-fueled row at his multi-million pound home in Worsley, Greater Manchester.
He is also accused of exercising coercion and control over PR executive Greville for three years – charges he denies.

Ryan said in a statement: “After more than three weeks in court, I am obviously disappointed that a retrial has been ordered.”
“My plea of not guilty to all charges stands. I am confident that eventually justice will be served and my name cleared of all allegations.
“I would like to thank my legal team, my mother, my children, my girlfriend Zara and my closest friends for their support during this time.
“I understand the great interest and scrutiny in this case, but I would ask that my privacy and that of my family be respected in the coming weeks and months.”
