A recent sudden death killed a 47-year-old young chef, originally from Milan but who had moved to Trento for years. Friends and colleagues mourn him.

Would have turned 47 on April 16he was therefore a young chef in the prime of his personal development, although for some time he had been able to breathe life into his great projects and experiments, particularly in the world of wine.
Friends and colleagues as well as his partner and mother mourn him bitterly. The chef died at 2:30 a.m. on June 11 in front of the family who had cared for him to the end.
It seems the tumor hit him 3 years ago, there malignant neoplasm it had affected him, but hastened his path to the death that had occurred a few days before.
Nothing is currently known about the funeral, the date has not yet been announced. But let’s see who Gianni Pasolini was.

Milanese by birth but Trentino by adoption, Gianni was a partner of Due Spade Restaurantfor which he was jointly responsible for the management Andrea Coluccia and to the cook Simone Bordignon.
Experienced oenologist and excellent sommelier, he had worked in his career with prestigious wineries, organizing events and managing the communication of many realities in the sector.
He had held one for a while Column in an online newspaper in Trento. Pasolini’s death sent despair to all who knew and loved him human and professional skills.
“Social media manager and agent. Brand ambassador and restaurateur. Marketing expert and great wine lover. Sommelier and friend of all of us,” they say Vivalli’s winery where he has been working for the last few months.
