The 31-year-old hitmaker showed off his fashion sense in the flowy dress, which was teamed with a chic black coat.
Sam completed the outfit with white socks and thick black shoes and held a soda can in his hand as they exited a building.
The star came out as non-binary in 2019 and prefers to use the pronouns “they/them.”
Sam appeared to be in good spirits as they emerged after several outings in the Big Apple over the past few months.

It comes after Sam traveled to Madison Square Garden in New York last week to see Madonna in concert.
They joined a huge audience to see the latest concert from the 65-year-old star, who is traveling across North America on his Celebration Tour.
The evening was a reunion of sorts for Sam and Madonna, who released a chart-topping duet called “Vulgar” seven months ago.
“Vulgar” was released in early June and shortly thereafter the single managed to reach the number one spot on Billboard’s “Dance/Electronic Digital Songs” list.
As the text progresses, the Queen Of Pop threatens to “split the banana” of anyone who dares to fuck Sam tonight.
She also grins: “Boy, get on your knees, because I'm Madonna” and explains: “We do what we want, we say what we have to.”
While promoting the song on Instagram, Sam revealed that “Vulgar” was recorded just one day after the 2023 Grammy Awards – February 5th.
“We all went into the studio and just had an amazing evening creating, writing and printing,” the Oscar winner told Apple Music.
“And of course it was my biggest dream to work with the Queen of Pop, to perform and sing with her.”

Madonna's current tour began at London's 02 Arena in October after being postponed due to her shocking stay in intensive care in June.
