After a petition with over 37,000 signatures, the non-profit organization Pro Vita & Famiglia and former Family Minister Carlo Giovanardi filed a complaint for obscene acts in public places with the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Sanremo for the facts seen protagonists Fedez and Rosa Chemical on the last evening of the festival
A being exposed for obscene acts in a public place was submitted by Per Life & Family to the Sanremo Public Prosecutor’s Office regarding what happened during the last evening of the Festival Fedez and Rosa Chemical. As is well known, the two artists were the protagonists of a kiss on the stage of the Ariston Theater and “they imitated the sexual intercourse with relative orgasm on live television”.
The joint note – signed by Jacopo Coghe, spokesman for Pro Vita & Famiglia, Carlo Giovanardi, former family minister, and lawyer Valerio Cianciulli “father of two minor children” – read: “It is a behavior of a unheard of gravity, which led to a wave of general outrage against the Shame, discomfort and disgust caused by the vulgarity of a conduct in the sexual sphere”. The complaint came following a petition popular by the onlus that has collected over 37,000 signatures.
