Sarah-Jeanne Larosee and Marc-André Grondin are bringing their chemistry to the screen: the couple will star in a brand new series premiering in 2024.

On Thursday morning, Crave announced his brand new show, written by Sarah Maude Beauchesne and her lover, Nicola Morel. Titled Beautiful flowerThe series explores positive masculinity and themes such as healthy friendship, feminism, fatherhood, gender fluidity and grief.

“Bellefeuille is a series that talks about good, committed men who have heart and are not afraid to commit and invest. Young fathers, lovers, men who cry for beauty and friends who are sometimes imperfect but who maintain a kind view of the world even when it is difficult, even when everything changes quickly. A world in which they must be united, vulnerable and inspiring,” we read in the press release.

As already mentioned, Sarah-Jeanne Labrosse and Marc-André Grondin will appear in the credits. Guillaume Laurin, Charlotte Aubin, Maxime De Cotret, Marilyn Castonguay, Guillaume Cyr, Nathalie Doummar, Antoine Yared, Sarah-Maude Beauchesne, Jean Bui And Florence Blain Mbaye Complete the distribution.

Here is the summary:

Robbed of his role as stepfather after a breakup, Nicolas (Guillaume Laurin) flees to his hometown and finds his brother Maxime (Maxime De Cotret) and his high school friends Yann (Marc-André Grondin), Minh (Jean Bui) and Alex ( Guillaume Cyr) to help them master this new life in which fatherhood falls by the wayside. Surrounded by the latter and Raphaëlle (Sarah-Maude Beauchesne), Claudie (Sarah-Jeanne Labrosse), Marie (Marilyn Castonguay), Sabrina (Nathalie Doummar), Mia (Florence Blain Mbaye) and Ariane (Charlotte Aubin), Nicolas finds the listeners and the Comfort that will allow him to begin the next chapter of his life.

The ten 30-minute episodes will be available on Crave in 2024.
