The two actors, who hosted the MAMMOUTH evening in Télé-Québec for years, had the pleasure of meeting again on the set of director Louis Choquette.

“There’s something about her that really questions institutions and she’s definitely not like her mother. She is old enough to have that passion that is necessary for society. She is not interested in money, she acts on a voluntary basis and defends people who fall through the cracks of the system or become victims of injustice. »

Jacob Gravel-Duquette, Pier-Luc’s character, is a journalist who wants to make things happen and often puts himself in danger. “Jacob is intelligent, fiery and determined. My goal was to spread this intelligence. […] He has a hard time knowing where to stop and where to draw the line. He’s a guy who goes very hard, very fast and very far. Sometimes it can have certain consequences,” said Pier-Luc in an interview in Morocco, where he was filming the show “Partir anders” with Antoine Pilon among friends. A few hours later, a terrible earthquake occurred, but our Quebecers did not feel its effects.
In particular, Éléonore and Jacob will team up to help an immigrant abandoned by legal aid, a case that will span 10 episodes of the first season.
