You are in a phase that I would describe as a major “restructuring” of your life (professional and personal). The stakes increase and with it the responsibility: you are ready to take on this with a great sense of duty, but at the same time it is important to have solid and reliable people at your side. At work, you need to know who you can count on, whether a boss understands the reason for some of your desires, and/or whether he or she is willing to value you the way you deserve. Impossible? In most cases, far from it. Rather, you too sometimes need to smooth over certain deeply rooted ideas about work (and about others), and sometimes even change your attitude for the greater good or the success of a project.
If you think you are right on certain points, try to figure out the best way to convey your ideas and suggestions. If thestart of the week spends moderately peacefully, I ask you instead to pay more attention to the days of Thursday, 25th And Friday, 26th. Something tells me they might “upset” you, especially if there are ongoing work disputes/problems, if there is a disagreement with a contact, or if your career future still seems unclear. Evaluate each step carefully, also because everything is in flux: activation will begin at the end of February!
