Sean “Diddy” Combs didn’t seem too happy despite settling his ex-girlfriend Cassie’s explosive rape and abuse lawsuit.

In photos obtained by Page Six, the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper appeared stressed and serious on Saturday as he buried his face in his hands while sitting outside his Miami home.

The music mogul, dressed casually in a t-shirt and sweatpants, was seen alongside his chief of staff Kristina Khorram.

At one point, Khorram showed Combs something on her phone before the musician decided to lie down on the outdoor couch.

The Bad Boy Records founder was also spotted having a long phone call and pacing around his property.

Representatives for Combs did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The photos mark the first sighting of the rapper since the “Me & U” singer – née Casandra Ventura – filed her bombshell lawsuit on Thursday, alleging he subjected her to years of physical, sexual and mental abuse.

In court documents obtained by Page Six, Ventura, 37, accused Combs, 54, of forcing her to have sex with male prostitutes while he watched and masturbated, in addition to physically abusing and drugging her when she was just 19 years old to have.

“Over the years that Mr. Combs physically and sexually abused Ms. Ventura, she repeatedly attempted to escape his firm hold on her life,” the lawsuit says. “Every time she went into hiding, Mr. Combs’ vast network of companies and affiliates found her, and those who worked for Mr. Combs’ company begged her to return to him.”

The lawsuit also alleged that Combs was “prone to uncontrollable anger and frequently brutally beat Ms. Ventura.”

Combs disputed the claims through his attorney, Ben Brafman, who claimed Ventura demanded money before the lawsuit.

“Mr. Combs vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations,” Brafman said in a statement. “Over the past six months, Mr. Combs has been subjected to Ms. Ventura’s ongoing demands for $30 million, under the threat of a to write a damaging book about their relationship, which was clearly rejected as blatant blackmail.”

Just 24 hours after Ventura filed, the explosive lawsuit was settled.

In separate statements, both parties said they had reached an agreement “amicably.”

“I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on the condition that I have some degree of control,” Ventura said, adding, “I would like to thank my family, fans and attorneys for their unwavering support.”

The music producer echoed this sentiment, stating: “We have decided to resolve this matter amicably.” I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love.”

Combs’ attorney later released an additional statement emphasizing that the plea agreement was not an admission of guilt.

“Just so we are clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, particularly in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing,” Brafman said in a statement to Page Six on Saturday.

“Mr. Combs’ decision to settle the lawsuit in no way undermines his categorical denial of the claims. He is pleased that they have reached an amicable settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura well.”
