The formation of Tuscany announced this on their social networks on Friday.
The Ottawa native was already part of the squad that meets Alexandria in Serie C on Saturday.
Breza played little more than one campaign in Montreal.
He conceded 46 goals in 31 games, in addition to five shutouts.
The 24-year-old goalkeeper was head coach Wilfried Nancy’s right-hand man for most of the season before being yanked from his post by James Pantemis.
The Ontarian came on loan from FC Bologna in April 2021.
Breza also played for Potenza and Monopoli in Italy’s lower divisions.
