Tyler Stanaland gave an update on how he’s doing after splitting from Brittany Snow after two years of marriage.
After their divorce was finalized in July, the 34-year-old Selling the OC star revealed that he was “still doing well.”
“It’s one of those things where time heals all wounds and you see me going through it, picking up the pieces and getting back on my feet,” he told People. “But luckily I had great people around me and threw myself into the work.”
The real estate agent further noted that he keeps reminding himself that “divorce doesn’t have to be a bad thing.”
“You learn from it and grow from it,” he emphasized.

Difficult decision: After the divorce was finalized in July, the 34-year-old Selling the OC star revealed that he was “still healing” (as seen in 2019).
Since being single again, Stanaland said he’s “definitely” speaking out more, despite being a “more private” person “by nature.”
“I’m not necessarily the center of attention. “In Season 2, I’m definitely using my voice a little bit more, both to my advantage and to my detriment,” he reflected while discussing his presence on Selling the OC.
The couple’s divorce was finalized earlier this summer after eight months of legal separation.
The 37-year-old SAG Award nominee and the 33-year-old reality star, who cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split, agreed to forego spousal support and pay their own legal fees, reports say TMZ.
In their ironclad prenuptial agreement, Tyler gets to keep all of his possessions, including a leased 2021 Toyota 4-Runner, and Brittany gets to keep all of his possessions, including a leased 2022 Audi.

The September Letters co-author previously opened up about how the past year has been “probably the greatest psychological challenge I’ve ever experienced” after she was “taken by surprise and kept everything I thought I knew sacred and mine really familiar, in my life was completely different.’
“A few days later my grandmother passed away and I think everything I knew about mental health was tested.” Thank god for my friends. I don’t know if I would have made it without her. They reminded me of who I was and what I stood for. I used all the tools I knew. Everyone,” Brittany told Bustle on May 23.
“The last year has been really difficult for me and one of the girls, I just, you know, opened the door and just fell on the floor and just cried and lay there. And she basically nursed me back to health for four days. And it wasn’t the one I thought would be able to do that either…
“You can have a community of friends in your toolkit just sitting on the floor with you.” They don’t have to give you advice. They don’t have to fix it for you. They’re just there.’
