Globo hasn’t just changed the Discord Game which will have a lighter dynamic to earn more from BBB 24. In addition to already being involved in several of the house’s programs such as Mais Você and Encontro, the channel also sold space the first Altas Horas block, complete with Serginho Groisman merchandise, for just over R$2 million.
While the sponsoring brand pays at least R$ 12 million to appear at breakfast with the person eliminated from Ana Maria Braga’s Mais Você, the first block of Altas Horas was offered for the “trifle” of R$ 2,377.40. As the only successful reality show on Globo, BBB generates the channel’s highest revenue precisely because it takes every opportunity to sell space to brands. Last year the estimated turnover was over R$1 billion.
Since Saturday is a party day, BBB sold commercial advertising space in the first block of Altas Horas to the brand promoting the weekly reality event.
The idea also includes the participation of presenter Serginho Groisman, who creates the client’s merchandise and invites his audience to take a look at the party during the commercial. However, the value of this measure is the lowest among the company’s other programs.
Even É de Casa which has less impact than Altas Horas was offered to the advertising market at a higher price: R$3,338,363. The new dynamic, which will take the place of Jogo da Discordia and will be called Sincerão, will be offered on Saturday morning for a joint action in the program of Maria Beltrão.
