This was reported by the Ottawa Sun Monday morning, hours before the Florida Panthers visit the Canadian Tire Center. Consequently, the loss for the “Sens” could put them in trouble in the National Hockey League’s eastern league classification. Ottawa was seven points off a playoff spot before today’s game.
Chychrun was injured Thursday against the Tampa Bay Lightning and did not play in Saturday’s game against the New Jersey Devils. He was acquired by the Arizona Coyotes a few weeks ago and has 33 points in 48 games this season.
