Ticket sales have begun for the first Brazilian dates of “Celebrating Life Through Death,” Sepultura’s farewell tour. The tour begins in the band's home country, stretches across Latin America and then heads to Europe.
The agenda should include commitments until the second half of 2025. However, only the details of the first part of the tour have been announced.

Sepultura statement
When Sepultura announced the end of their activities after a farewell tour, they stated in a statement:
“Sepultura will stop. Will die. A conscious and planned death.
Over the next 18 months we will celebrate 40 years with our fans on a farewell tour that will circumnavigate the entire planet. Today, above all, celebrate the present. A very special moment in our rich and successful career.
After 40 years of ups and downs, 80 countries from different cultures, with different political and religious views, brought Brazilian colors and rhythms to the world, showing a more realistic and less caricatured, heavier and more aggressive Brazil.
After the release of “Quadra”, one of the best albums in our history. Surviving an unwanted and crazy pandemic with “SepulQuarta”, a wonderful experience that became an album and kept us united and strong for the future. After changing and learning, we will stop.
The 40th anniversary tour will be recorded and become a live album with 40 songs recorded in 40 different cities at a time when we have the highest energy on stage. Union and total connection.
We are happy and very grateful for everything that has happened in our history, we have made great albums and shows, maintained friendships, met our idols, helped put Brazilian metal on the world map and now we are leaving the scene with this Feeling of having fulfilled our duty.
We have the best fans in the world who support us with praise and criticism, who are demanding and intelligent, who develop together with the band, who are always loyal and who truly love Sepultura. Without you none of this would be possible. This album and tour are for SepulNation, we love you!
