One more thing: Williams announced just before the Met Gala last May that she had become pregnant for the second time
Williams announced just before the Met Gala last May that she had become pregnant for the second time.
The former athlete opened up about motherhood in an interview with Vogue, admitting that she didn’t see herself as a mother when she was young.
“At the beginning of my career, I never thought about having children. There were times when I wondered if I should ever bring children into this world with all its problems. “I’ve never felt so safe or comfortable around babies or children,” she said.
Williams then expressed that she has since learned to embrace parenthood, noting that she has developed a special bond with her daughter.
“The fact is that for me there is no sacrifice when it comes to the Olympics. “It just all makes sense,” she said.
