In 2018, the singer watched an episode of the Fernandaled attraction, which at the time was about women’s fight against machismo, racism and homophobia. He called the artist an “idiot” on social media.

“This is a lawsuit in which the plaintiff seeks compensation for moral damages arising from the allegations identified as offensive, defamatory and angry, allegedly made by the defendant in a post on Instagram. In view of the foregoing, I take into account the plaintiff’s request to order the defendant to pay the amount R$70,000plus default interest of 1% per month from the damaging event (comment on social media).”
Eduardo will also have to pay the costs and fees of the trial, which amount to 20% of the judgment value, that is, an additional R$ 14,000. The musician can still file an appeal because it is initially a civil lawsuit.
