Several states grant economic aid to their residents due to inflation in the United States Cuban Directory

The United States government has not sent a stimulus check to the American people since 2021. Currently, Americans are severely affected by inflation and need federal financial assistance to resolve the economic crisis.

Despite the difficult situation, some areas in the country are taking their own initiatives to help their residents with finances. The state of New Jersey has returned property tax money to taxpayers.

The numbers go up to $450.00 for people renting a space and from $1,000.00 to $1,500.00 for local owners. The last deadline to receive this help is mid-May.

To opt for this money, citizens had to file their tax return before February 28th. Residents who have not formalized the document in time can apply for an extension to be eligible for reimbursement.

In other parts, the population is also supported

The State of New Mexico pays checks for $500.00 to individual users. $1,000.00 is also offered to married couples filing taxes together. Interested parties who have not declared their tax liability have until May 31st to enter these finances.

In the city of Chelsea, Massachusetts, 738 families were selected to be granted $200.00 and $400.00 bank cards. Authorities say the cards can be deposited in three months and the deadline to apply for assistance is May next year.
