Video footage has surfaced which is said to show Gerard Pique’s new girlfriend at the footballer’s family home before his split from wife Shakira.
Shakira was reportedly “devastated” over the August 2021 footage unearthed, which was taken ten months before she announced that she had split from her partner of 11 years.
Gerard’s new girlfriend and colleague Clara Chia Marti appears to be in the background of a Zoom interview the footballer conducted from his childhood home in Barcelona while Shakira was reportedly abroad with their two children.

Gerard went public with his new girlfriend and colleague Clara Chia Marti, 23, after confirming his split from Shakira last summer.
Interview footage shows a woman resembling Clara stepping into the frame as Gerard spoke to US video live streaming service Twitch.
Speaking to Page Six, a source claims Gerard, 35, and Shakira, 45, were “happily living together” at the time.
The source said the singer was “devastated to learn this woman clearly felt at home in the home they shared with their children. They were still very much together at that time.

Representatives for Gerard and Shakira have been contacted by Web for comment.
Shakira appeared to smack her ex with a New Year’s post about betrayal and heartache, saying in an Instagram message: “Though our wounds remain open in this New Year, time has a surgeon’s hands.
“Even though someone has betrayed us, we should continue to trust. Faced with contempt, keep valuing ourselves.
“Because there are more good people than naughty ones. More people with empathy than indifference.”
Lionel Messi’s wife Antonela Roccuzzo joined the Colombian in responding to Shakira’s dig at the retired footballer with three heart emoticons.

The ex-boyfriends announced their split in June after 11 years together, saying last month they reached a reasonable arrangement for their children after a 12-hour conversation.
They officially signed the agreement in Barcelona and entered and exited the court separately while being tagged by their legal teams.
Gerard, who emotionally retired from football last month, is said to have blessed his former partner’s move to Miami in the New Year with their two sons to avoid a lengthy legal battle.
Shakira’s desire to move to the city where she used to live and where part of her family is based is said to have been the biggest sticking point for the couple’s previously being unable to reach an out-of-court settlement.
The Spanish press has also reported that Gerard is able to spend ten days a month with his children as part of his custody agreement with Shakira, as well as during holidays.
Speaking about the split in September, Shakira admitted it has been an “incredibly difficult” time for her and the family.
