Shania Twain, 57, on learning to love her body: ‘I’m just getting older and flabby’

Shania Twain said she learned to love her body at 57, but it wasn’t always like that for her.

“I freaked out inside, but no one knew,” the country music icon told The Mirror in an article published Saturday. “Now I look at myself naked and I like the honesty about myself.

The “Man! I feel like a woman!” The singer said she wanted to turn off the lights earlier, “since all I could see were the imperfections, so I said, ‘Okay, how do I deal with that and take it to a point where I accept it?’ “
