Yesterday it was reported that Beador avoided prison time in her drunk driving hit-and-run case after a California judge approved a three-year probation sentence.
The distraught reality star was served her sentence on Thursday. She was placed on 36 months of informal probation, plus fines and fees.
She must also complete 40 hours of community service and a nine-month alcohol program.
The Bravo fighter did not appear in court herself, but instead had her attorney appear on her behalf to enter her plea of no contest to one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
The judge dismissed the single charge of hit-and-run causing property damage.
A source close to Shannon said: “It’s safe to say she’s relieved and grateful that she’s not going to prison.” This experience has taught her so much and shown her the path to a better life. “She is sober and doing very well.”
Legal documents originally obtained by TMZ revealed that Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer tried to convince the judge to impose a 30-day jail sentence.

Beador was arrested in September after she crashed her car into a home in Newport Beach.
Video surveillance footage shows Beador speeding through a residential area before crashing her car into the side of a house.
In the legal documents, DA Spitzer wrote that Beador had a blood alcohol content of 0.24 percent before the accident – three times the legal limit.
Beador left the accident with a broken left wrist and cuts and bruises to his left eye.
She has now paid for the damage to the house she hit.
Following her arrest in September, Beador’s lawyer Michael Fell told : “Shannon is extremely apologetic and remorseful.” We will await official information on this case as it becomes available and Shannon is prepared to accept full responsibility for her to take action.”
After the sentencing, Fell said the following: “Shannon pleaded no contest/nolo contendere this morning to driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or more.” The Orange County District Attorney’s Office argued that Shannon should be sentenced to prison and for Drunk driving and hit-and-run should be condemned.
“However, after receiving legal arguments from both sides, the judge denied the prosecutor’s motion and dismissed the hit-and-run case. In this ruling, the judge recognized that Shannon had provided full compensation in this matter to the homeowner, who did not wish to prosecute, and admitted her wrongdoing at an early stage in the proceedings.
“As we first reported, Shannon accepted full responsibility for her actions and accepted the judge’s sentence of 40 hours of community service, nine months of alcohol education, and the standard three years of unsupervised/informal probation.”
