Bruce Lee became one of the biggest names in martial arts in the world. He was the founder of Jeet Kune Do, which uses a philosophy that blends many different styles of combat.
Lee was born in San Francisco, USA. His father, Lee Hoichuen, was famous in the Cantonese opera world. Because of this, he was introduced to the world of cinema from an early age and had the opportunity to act in several films.
When he was a baby, he appeared in the cast of “Golden Gate Girl.” At the age of nine he worked alongside his father on the feature film The Kid. With a burgeoning career, Bruce’s life was taken on July 20, 1973, shocking the world with his death.
He was the father of Brandon Lee and Shannon Lee. Shannon is the Battlemaster’s only surviving daughter. She is also an American actress and businesswoman.
Her big screen career began in 1993 as a party singer in Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story.
In the years that followed, she appeared in “Cage II” and “High Voltage.” In 2015, Lee teamed up with studio Perfect Storm Entertainment to announce the series Warrior, based on a story by his own father. Justin Lin worked as a production manager.
