She told GQHype, “Lately everyone’s been like, Oh my God, she’s pregnant, and that’s happened to me multiple times.”
“There’s something discouraging about it. Hell, I can’t even be bloated and still not be pregnant?” It would be a lie if I said, “Oh yeah, I don’t care.”
“When the day comes that this is true, you… you, like on the Internet, will be the last to know.”
However, Hailey continued to emphasize that she is “looking forward” to becoming a mother one day, although she finds it “weird” how much people around the world care about her personal life.

Hailey always talked about how she hoped to raise her children out of the spotlight, but has now come to terms with the fact that that probably won’t be possible anymore because her life has changed so much in the last decade.
She said, “It’s probably completely unavoidable.” That was before I was married. I certainly didn’t know who I was going to be married to back then,” she tells GQ. “Maybe when I was 18 I liked the idea of not educating children in certain things, but my life is so different now than it was when I was 18.”
