A woman living in a western Washington DC suburb is fed up with receiving dozens of packages from Amazon that she never ordered.
Liz Galtman came home for the first time one day to find almost 14 boxes on the doorstep of her house.
Stunned, she contacted Amazon, who simply told her to keep the products.

What was inside? Children’s bedding, which she didn’t need, let alone that much.
Not wanting to throw away the goods, she went to an Amazon returns desk near her home to dispose of them.

Despite contacting Amazon several times asking to stop receiving packages, she continued to receive packages.
The company told her there was simply nothing they could do about it.
Liz Galtman even tried to stop Amazon’s delivery people before they dropped the boxes on her porch, but it didn’t work.
They merely told him that the purchases belonged to him.

“It’s frustrating, on many levels,” she told local broadcaster WUSA in an interview.
Journalist Eric Flack tried to help by contacting Amazon through media relations.
The company replied that they would contact the lady to apologize but would also collect packages that were delivered in error. Amazon also intends to contact the seller to stop deliveries.
Despite the journalist’s efforts, after the report was broadcast, the lady received 9 additional boxes.
