Jonathan B-Bourgeois was last seen in the northern part of Sherbrooke around 5pm on January 13th. He drove away in his vehicle, a white 2011 Dodge Journey.

It was this vehicle that was found on Saturday. However, he was outside Sherbrooke Police Service (SPS) territory, specifically on Herringville Road in Bury, just over 40 kilometers away.

In a press release, the police specified that “the SPS and the Sûreté du Québec are on site for research purposes.” “Residents in the area are asked for assistance,” it said, adding that any relevant information regarding this matter can be forwarded to Sherbrooke Police at 819 821-5555.

According to the police description, Jonathan B-Bourgeois has brown eyes and medium-length curly brown hair. He is approximately 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds.

When he disappeared last week, he was wearing a khaki green parka and fur hood, as well as a gray toque, beige snow pants and gray ankle boots.

The main character in question is also bearded, has “stretched” ears and speaks predominantly French. His family says they have reason to fear for his safety.
