A shirtless Tom Brady took to the waters surrounding his new mansion on Miami’s Indian Creek Island last week, manning everything from a speedboat to a motorized surfboard.

The 46-year-old single father of three is enjoying his first year of retirement after ending his 23-year NFL career – and 13-year marriage to Gisele Bundchen – within the last 12 months.

He remained active in business, promoting his health care brand and buying minority stakes in the English soccer team Birmingham City and a WNBA team, the defending champion Las Vegas Aces. He also plans to begin announcing for Fox Sports in 2024.

In addition to sunbathing shirtless aboard the boat, Brady donned a protective wetsuit to go jetboarding in Biscayne Bay.

Brady, who is rumored to be dating model Irina Shayk, has built a $17 million home on Indian Creek Island, where he and Bundchen once planned to live with their two children, Benjamin and Vivian. (Brady’s eldest son Jack lives in New York with his own mother, former Brady girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.)

The couple even tore down an existing 5,772 square foot home to make room for their new mansion, but before it could be built, the two divorced earlier this year and Bundchen moved on to her own property on the other side the waterway to buy.

First, Bündchen paid $1.3 million for a three-bed waterfront home in Surfside, which she had remodeled, according to construction documents. The 42-year-old then invested $11.5 million in a 600-square-meter, five-bedroom property a few doors down from the smaller home and across the street from her former husband.

‘s aerial photos from June show the building being transformed.

The total cost of Brady’s new home is expected to be close to $30 million, as they paid $17 million for the land and another $10.12 million in construction costs for the home.

The 1.8-acre property includes three buildings – a main house, a security post and a gym.

Brady’s space seems tailor-made for the star and will include an organic garden, pickleball court, yoga patio, solar panels, cabana, and main and outdoor kitchens.

Floor plans of the home obtained by the New York Post show five bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, as well as an elevator, a movie theater and a guest suite.

Indian Creek Island is nicknamed the “billionaire’s bunker” due to the sheer number of celebrities and high-rollers in the area, including Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

Accessible only via a guarded bridge, the island offers 24-hour security by land, air and sea. There are just 34 properties on the 300-acre island with an average value of $20 million.
