Shocking moment: A woman berates a neighbor who ordered her to keep her dog out of her garage

This is the shocking moment a woman savagely scolds her neighbor after being asked to keep her dog off her property.
Footage of their exchange about the argument, which is believed to have taken place in the suburbs of Raleigh, North Carolina, was shared on Reddit.
According to the homeowner who began filming, the angry woman’s dog frequently entered her garage.
The property owner can be heard on her door camera saying, “You have to get your dog, you have to leash your dog and keep him out of my yard.”
The video is then cut to that of a phone camera on the sidewalk in front of the two houses.
The angry neighbor said to the woman, “I’m going to f*ck drive you crazy,” before launching into a tirade against the woman
She continues, “I’m not going in, it’s my property.” I’m not on your property, you look crazy. You look like you’ve lost your mind.’
Her angry neighbor can be heard yelling, “Then I’m going to freak you out.”
The neighbor then appears with two other unidentified women and sits in a chair on the sidewalk before beginning what appears to be speaking Arabic.
The woman filming continues, “You’re acting like a kid, is that how you talk to people?”
Then her neighbor comes up to her, grabs and drags another woman, who is believed to be a relative of hers, out of the way.
In a bizarre statement, she then says to the woman filming, “Girl, you better let me fuck you,” followed by, “You’re black so you think you have rights.”
Horrified, the woman taking the shot fires back and says, “Oh girl, let’s make it good.” She has to say what she has to say. “I’ll make sure everyone knows you’re a racist.”

In a bizarre statement, she tells the filming woman, “You’re black so you think you have rights.”
The angry neighbor marches up to her and then says, “You’re a racist, you just think you’re black, so you’re punching me in the face.”
‘Oh she’s black guys be scared run away.’ I don’t give a shit if you’re purple.’
The woman continues, “You let your dog run in my garage on my property, how am I wrong?”
The entire exchange took place in front of the angry neighbor’s children.
