An Iranian woman admitted trying to kill her PlentyOfFish date while having sex in a Vegas hotel to avenge the murder of a military leader by a US drone – and told police “it’s fair that American blood will be shed”.
Nika Nikoubin, 22, was charged with attempted murder using a deadly weapon because of certain characteristics, actual or perceived, of a person and two counts of assault.
She met her victim on the dating website before agreeing to meet the man at the Sunset Station Hotel and rented a hotel room together before they started drinking.
Henderson police body-cam footage shows the moment Nikoubin admitted to officers she stabbed the man multiple times in the neck while she was having “intercourse” on him.
Nika Nikoubin, 22, was found naked by police officers after stabbing her victim multiple times in the neck in revenge for the 2020 death of Qasem Soleimani.
Recalling the moment their sex turned violent, she said, “We had a little drink and then — I think we started getting into it and then I stabbed him.”
Nikoubin, who was born in Iran, blindfolded the victim during sexual activity, turned off the light, and then stabbed the victim in the neck.
She had moved to Las Vegas the week before the stabbing, where cops found her naked in a laundry room on the 14th floor of the hotel after the victim called 911.
Footage of her interview shows her covering herself with a towel and admitting, according to Fox 8, that she met with the victim to “hurt” them.
Nikoubin then told officials she wanted revenge for the US drone strike that killed Iranian military leader Qasem Soleimani in 2020 – stabbing the victim with a pink knife.
When asked by officers why she stabbed the man, she said: “I think out of malice and revenge. I mean the US killed Soleimani. A lot of blood flowed.

General Qassem Soleimani (pictured center) was the head of the Iranian Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Nikoubin said his death was why she wanted “American blood to be spilled.”

“Well, I think it’s fair that American blood is spilled.”
Soleimani was killed in an airstrike ordered by then-President Donald Trump because he was the right-hand man of the country’s supreme leader.
Trump called him the “world’s number one terrorist” and ordered his death to protect “American diplomats and military personnel” around the world.
When police officers asked her if she didn’t like Americans, Nikoubin replied, “Americans are cool.
“Only I don’t think it was fair. I just felt that someone should die on American soil because they died too.
Court documents show the stabbing victim sustained at least two stab wounds to the neck during the incident.
Nikoubin was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder and paranoid personality disorder – but a judge ruled she was fit to stand trial

Nikoubin was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder and paranoid personality disorder – but a judge ruled she was fit to stand trial.
Speaking to the grand jury, her victim said: “She turned off the light and after that I started to feel pressure on my throat and it sharpened, so I panicked and I was like, ‘What the hell are you doing? ?”
‘I shouted. And I pushed her off me, you know, still screaming. And then she says, ‘I’m sorry,’ and then she ran out of the room.”
Nikoubin posted $60,000 bail and was allowed to return to Texas under house arrest.
A spokesman for Nikoubin said she received psychiatric treatment and was employed pending trial.
He denied any political motivation for Nikoubin’s actions.
10 people died when a drone strike hit the convoy carrying Soleimani as it left Baghdad airport on January 3, in an attack that sparked anti-US protests in Iran
Soleimani was the head of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Quds Force and is said to be responsible for Tehran’s support for Shiite proxies sowing unrest in the Middle East.
He has often been described as the country’s most powerful figure after its supreme leader.
Last year, a United Nations expert said the strike was unlawful without imminent danger to life.
Agnes Callamard, special rapporteur on extrajudicial killings, concluded in her report that the US had not produced any evidence to warrant immediate action.
“Major General Soleimani was responsible for Iran’s military strategy and actions in Syria and Iraq,” she said.
“But without an actual imminent threat to life, the course of action taken by the US was unlawful.”
The strike was an “arbitrary murder” for which the US was responsible under international human rights law, she concluded.
