Shocking moment: Ohio cops tell a father his 11-year-old daughter could be charged with “child pornography” after she sent pictures of herself to an adult “predator” who harassed her online

Two Ohio police officers are under investigation after warning the father of an 11-year-old female groomer that she could be charged with making child pornography.
The two officers, a man and a woman, from the Columbus Police Department were at a father’s door at midnight last week, six hours after he called them.
He used TikTok to say he hoped they could have a conversation with his daughter, who was in bed at the time, and warn her about the dangers of online predators.
The father, who chose a generic profile title and did not reveal his name, wrote: “My daughter was a victim.” [of] an online predator.
“She’s 11, he’s a grown man.” He manipulated her into sending pictures of herself. “That was the response from the police at midnight, who we called at 6 p.m.”
But the father was stunned when he was informed that the teenager himself was facing criminal charges.
The officer was heard telling him that his young daughter “could probably be charged with child pornography if it was found that she had produced the images.”

The two Ohio police officers reportedly showed up at the unnamed father’s home around midnight
He went out onto his porch to talk to the two officers, who arrived six hours after he called the local police station
The confused father says in the video: “Who?” She can? She is 11 years old.’
The same police officer says, “She made it up, didn’t she?”
“She is 11 years old,” repeats the incredulous father.
“Does not matter. “She’s still doing porn,” the officer replies briefly.
‘NO. “She is being manipulated by an adult on the Internet,” replies the father, before the officer cuts him off: “Is she taking photos?”
The father then doesn’t allow himself to be interfered with the conversation any further and says to the two police officers: “Have a nice evening, thank you for coming.”
The Columbus Division of Police confirmed Monday that the two responding officers seen in the viral exchange were from their force.
The department says it is investigating the video circulating online that shows “two officers responding to a call for help.”
“The Police Department treats all allegations of sexual misconduct with the utmost seriousness.” Incidents involving minors are handled with the utmost care. Sexual Assault Unit investigators were immediately notified of the incident and have since launched an investigation.
The Columbus Division of the Inspector General, “which investigates complaints of misconduct and/or excessive use of force by sworn personnel, has initiated an investigation into this incident,” the statement said.
