This is the shocking moment a suspect lunges at an officer and lunges at his gun before officers shoot and kill him after a neighbor shouted he was going to kill a woman.

Reno police were dispatched to a home around 10:45 a.m. on Dec. 6 after there were multiple reports of a woman frantically screaming for help and saying a man in her home was going to kill another woman.

When officers arrived at the home, they found the suspect, identified as Caleb Briggs, 34, with his hand tied behind his back.

The officer who pointed a gun at Briggs appeared agitated and out of breath.

When the officer asked him his name, he told the officer it was none of your business.

Briggs told the officer to “get the fuck out of my house.” The police officer replied that he was not at his house.

Briggs became increasingly angry and said, “How about I get off my property?” before asking the officer if he had a search warrant.

When the officer said he didn't have one, Briggs quipped, “I didn't think so – so pack it the fuck up and adios. 'If I'm not arrested and no one presses charges…'

Briggs raised his arm, pointed and said to the officer, “Look, they're out there fighting each other now.”

The officer then asked Briggs, “So you’re not the problem?”

In the next clip, Briggs can be seen rushing toward the officer while another deputy helps him. As officers attempt to restrain Briggs, the fight escalates and one of the officers shoots the suspect twice.

“The lady out there is screaming and freaking out.” He said, “I don't know what's going on.”

When operators asked if it appeared to be a domestic dispute, the person replied: “It sounds like it.”
