Sick squatters claiming to be OnlyFans models commandeer a seven-bedroom Hollywood mansion, leaving a trail of trash behind before eventually escaping

  • A squatter took over a Hollywood Hills home and signed fake leases to rent rooms to OnlyFans models
  • Real estate agent Emily Randall Smith and her husband were checking the seven-bedroom home when they spotted the squatters
  • An OnlyFans model and her dog were escorted from the property by police officers, leaving the house full of rubbish

A Los Angeles squatter took over a Hollywood Hills mansion and signed fake leases to rent rooms to OnlyFans models who trashed the property, a desperate real estate agent claims.

Emily Randall Smith and her husband were checking out the seven-bedroom Hollywood Hills home in January when they noticed something strange on the property.

“We walked up the property and the locker box was cut off.” And there was a mailbox that someone had ordered and put up. “It was very strange, it didn’t happen before,” Randall Smith told Fox 11.

The couple called police when Randall Smith's husband went to the side of the house and found a man sleeping there.

Since the police were unable to get the man to leave, the couple waited until he left on his own and called the police again. That's when they learned that the squatter had rented rooms to the creators of OnlyFans.

“They knocked on the door and I guess a girl opened it and she ended up becoming an OnlyFans model and I guess the guy who broke into the house had started this whole business renting out these rooms the girls,” Randall Smith said.

Police escorted a woman and her dog from the property, leaving piles of dirt for Randall Smith and her husband to clean up – but no one was arrested.

“It's just a really eerie feeling to feel like someone has gone into your property and tried to live there and make it their home.”

As the homeless population continues to grow in California and rising rent prices force people out of their homes, real estate agents and landlords are reporting an increasing number of squatters.

Alex Capozzolo of SD House Guys, a California-based home buying company, said in a news release that squatters' fears are pushing landlords to buy properties out of state.

“The squatter problem isn't getting any better here.” “We had several rental properties where tenants stopped paying and squatters started squatting,” Capozzolo said.

“It's not always easy to get them out. That's why we're starting to make offers on properties outside of California.”

A vacant, $4.3 million, 5,857-square-foot, four-bedroom home in Beverly Hills has become the site of loud, late-night parties almost daily since October, hosted by a group of suspected squatters.

The parties often start as late as 2 a.m., last for hours and have led to assaults, fires and arrests.

The squatters even advertised rooms in the house for $300 a night on Booking.com and charged hundreds of partygoers a $75 entry fee at the entrance.

Police raided the home in late January after responding to reports of a home invasion involving suspects armed with knives.

According to KTLA, all those detained were later released and no charges were filed.
