The singer Simony revealed the result of the new study in the treatment of cancer on Monday night (19). The artist, who has had colon cancer since 2022, said the PET scan was positive and showed no lymph nodes. The procedure is responsible for identifying tumor foci in the body.
Today I had the PET scan, which is a scan that causes us great concern […] At the end of the exam the doctor usually comes over to talk to me and tell me what’s going on…he asked a few questions as usual, this is the third time he’s done my PET scan [ ..] He said: “I don’t see any lymph nodes anymore, I don’t see anything else there” he reported.

Excited, the singer revealed that she was very tired and decided to take the exam to overcome her discouragement. She says she’ll have four more treatment cycles, but is optimistic.
