Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose has been sued in New York by a former Penthouse model who accuses him of raping her. He dragged me “like a caveman” and then raped me, the indictment says. The episode, which Sheila Kennedy, the 1983 Pet of the Year, reported in Red Light Magazine, dates from 1989. The woman accuses the musician of having tied her up and sodomized her against her will.
After 30 years, a former model accused Axl Rose of raping her in New York. Sheila Kennedy filed a lawsuit today in New York Supreme Court alleging she met the Guns N’ Roses frontman at a nightclub in 1989 and was sexually assaulted.
Alcohol and drugs at the hotel party The violence occurred the same night the two met, during a party held in the singer’s hotel room. According to the woman, Axl Rose gave his guests cocaine, champagne and other alcohol and behaved “aggressively,” including “inciting group sex.” At this point, Sheila Kennedy, who was about to leave the party, was allegedly “knocked to the ground” by Rose, who “dragged her into her bedroom.” Immediately afterwards, according to the woman’s statement in the indictment, the singer “threw her onto the bed and tied her hands behind her back, with blood on her knees,” the lawsuit says. The model “felt she had no escape and decided to lie on the bed and wait for Rose, who treated her as the object of her sexual pleasure, to finish raping her.”
