Colombian singer Karol G's private plane had to make an emergency landing in Los Angeles on Thursday evening after the cockpit filled with smoke.
The Gulfstream plane landed safely at Van Nuys Airport and no one among the crew or passengers was injured, according to the New York Post, which reported a “terrible” flight.
Born in Medellin in 1991, the Grammy winner, who was probably experiencing the scare of her life, went to the tarmac to greet the pilot who was able to bring the situation under control with that soft landing.
Rescuers and emergency teams were on site to assess the situation, which caused more fear than damage, and to find out what could have caused this smoke in the cockpit, ABC7 reported on the X platform.
