The singer, who rose to fame on the TV show Young Talent Time in the 1970s, has been very open during the pandemic years, particularly regarding the impact of Covid-19 on live music.
In March 2021, Tina announced that despite concerns about indoor concerts, she has no plans to cancel her scheduled tour.
Speaking to Stellar magazine at the time, she said she was confident it was safe to continue.

“I’m not canceling my tour. I refuse. I don’t think it’s fair to work on a concert under the guise that it might not happen. We have to get on with our lives,’ she said.
The Sorrento Moon hitmaker added: “I miss live music. I miss looking forward to something.’
Tina added that she thinks it’s hypocrisy to continue sporting events while the music business has largely shut down.
“I just don’t understand why sporting events were allowed to continue while major live music events were not.”
