Janelle took to Instagram on Tuesday afternoon to announce the tragic news on behalf of the family.
“Kody and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy Robert Garrison Brown,” Janelle said. “He was a bright spot in the lives of everyone who knew him.”
“His loss will leave such a gap in our lives that it will take our breath away. We ask that you respect our privacy and join us in honoring his memory.”

They found the protocols he put in place amid the coronavirus pandemic burdensome.
Kody said of his sons on the show, “It's changed everything for everyone, and they want everything to stay the same.”
“They need to realize that they should go out with this friend, that's fine, but you need to move out of the house so I can be home.”
