Russia’s invasion cheerleaders: ‘Sisters for Victory’ don nurses’ outfits with controversial ‘Z’ emblem while posing with occupying forces in Ukraine

Dressed in nurse uniforms from a bygone era, social media influencers and models pose alongside tanks to boost Russian wartime propaganda.
The smiling group — dubbed “Sisters for Victory” — mingled with Vladimir Putin’s troops, whose uniforms sported the Z-sign promoting the brutal invasion of Ukraine.
Posts online claimed some of the women were “wives and girlfriends” of soldiers fighting in Ukraine.

They were shown bringing cakes to the troops for Orthodox Easter and were previously filmed singing a sea shanty to convince young people in Russia of the need for war.
This includes Alyona Boyko, who has over 30,000 followers on TikTok and Instagram. Their propaganda message to the soldiers read: “The most important thing is not to give up now, to be stronger against all odds.

Other “nurses” are the participant of the beauty contest Maria Okorokova and the actress Anastasia Chepurova.
