Sky will remove two channels from subscription in June
Until the end of June 2023, both Spiegel TV History and Curiosity TV will no longer be available in Germany. Sky justified the step by focusing heavily on customer wishes and making structural changes at regular intervals.
In addition, the provider pointed out that the two broadcasters The contemplated programming can also be experienced in a similar way through other channels available on Sky. Documentation and knowledge reports are also being shown on the company’s own documentary station, as well as on the History Channel. For certain campaign weeks, Sky also announced cross-channel programs with large theme complexes.
The popular Sky channel is no longer available from September

We are talking about Sky Comedy. The station was included in Sky’s standard package with several other programs in 2021 and included comedy formats known as “Quatsch Comedy Club” or “How I Met Your Mother”.

According to Sky, the corresponding series and films are still available on demand on streaming portals. “Nothing will change for fans of Sky’s best comic entertainment”the provider tells the portal “Digital Fernsehen”
Pay TV provider Sky now has over four million direct subscribers in Germany. The broadcaster is particularly popular with many for its sports programming, as it has TV rights to several football matches.
There were many spectacular performances in the “Let’s Dance” professional challenge. Massimo Sinató and Mariia Maksina tried to convince the audience with real flames on stage. Ekaterina Leonova and Alexandru Ionel built an exercise in confidence into their performance. And with Valentin Lusin and Kathrin Menzinger, parts of their dancing were shown in black and white.
