'SNL': Rachel McAdams plays her own aspiring dual actress in 'Surprise Sketch ' and asks Jacob Elordi for advice

Jacob Elordi and Rachel McAdams

NBC

After introducing Renée Rapp's musical performance, Rachel McAdams stuck around 30 Rock for a sketch on Saturday Night Live.

McAdams played an aspiring actress who was overshadowed by two other famous actresses because of her name and likeness. Not only is she constantly confused with The Notebook star Rachel McAdams, but her name, Natalie Partman, is way too close to another well-known actress. You know that.

When host Jacob Elordi enters the sketch as a big actor, hoping to instill some confidence in these young actors, he is surprised to find McAdams there.

“Headlights? This is amazing!” he said. She quickly corrects him, adding that she started an OnlyFans account to make money.

“I was sued by Rachel McAdams, who accused me of being a deepfake of her,” she said. She asks Elordi's character for advice on how to break into the industry, and he wonders if she thinks she's a better actress than McAdams.

“I will answer that. No,” chimes in Bowen Yang’s acting teacher. As the students move on to reading aloud some scenes they prepared for feedback, he groans when Natalie Partman tells the group that she chose a scene from “The Notebook.”
