“El Hormiguero” opened the year in style on January 8th with a star guest who caused a stir due to an apparent conflict with the host. Pablo Motos. Two weeks later, when the interview went viral, Colombian actress Sofía Vergara spoke out on the subject for the first time.
Vergara took part in the Antena 3 broadcast to present “Griselda”, a fascinating crime story signed by the creators of “Narcos” and produced by Netflix and in which she is the protagonist.
At one point during the talk, Motos asked the guest to repeat her pronunciation of “Modern Family” because she thought it was funny. “I did it wrong? “Do you speak better than me?” Sofía Vergara asked, knocking him unconscious with her next question.
«How many Emmy nominations do you have in the United States? How many times have you been nominated for the Golden Globes? “I’m starting to sweat from this conversation,” the host admitted.
Although this conversation suggests that the actress and the presenter do not get along, the reality is different. Pablo Motos already confirmed it in a later broadcast, but now it is Sofía Vergara herself who clarifies the controversy.
