Sofia Vergara’s new rumored boyfriend Justin Saliman ended things with his ex-wife Bree Turner years ago in a messy court battle.

The Modern Family alum, who announced her split from Joe Manganiello in July, was recently photographed meeting the orthopedist in Los Angeles.

According to reports from US broadcaster Sun, Justin divorced his wife on March 2, 2018 after almost ten years of marriage.

The Ugly Truth actress asked the court to terminate the surgeon’s right to alimony and requested joint custody of their two children.

In response, Justin demanded spousal support from her and requested that the court revoke her right to support.

However, in June 2018, the 49-year-old surgeon was ordered to pay $4,571 in temporary spousal support to Bree as well as $3,183 in child support.

The two agreed in November 2019 to take joint custody of their daughter and son.

As for Joe and Sofia, the estranged couple announced their split in July with a joint statement that said, “As two people who love and care for each other deeply, we politely ask for respect for our privacy.”
