The talk by Marco Simonit (Simonit & Sirch) on Sunday, December 10th at 2pm, who is a pioneer of Gentle pruning reported his method. Additionally, biologist Dr Jamie Goode (wineanorak, UK) Myth of the Old Vines reach the bottom. In this sense, there will later be a tasting of international wines from old vines, which will be led by Harald Scholl (Vinum) and Jamie Goode.
