Vice President of Bolivia warns of coup plans

Some parts of the world will experience a partial solar eclipse on Tuesday

According to the Almanac website, the phenomenon will be accessible to residents of Greenland, Iceland, Europe, Northeast Africa, the Middle East, western Asia, India and western China.

It begins in the Atlantic Ocean at +66º latitude near the coast of Iceland and ends in the Indian Ocean at +17º latitude and has a total duration of just over four hours.

The maximum of the eclipse will occur at 13:00 in Siberia north of Nizhnevartovsk in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug of Russia, when its magnitude will be 0.86.

According to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, a US agency known as NASA, solar eclipses only occur during the new moon phase, when it is between the Earth and the Sun.

During this event, the Moon casts a shadow on Earth, blocking all or part of our view of the Sun, he added.

From the observer’s point of view, partial solar eclipses are those in which the moon does not completely cover the sun from any point on earth.

Experts advise against observing the so-called king star directly, with the naked eye or with glasses, as it can damage the eyes.

They insist that this should not be done with cameras, telescopes, binoculars, or any instrument that is not prepared for it or does not have the appropriate solar filters.
