A video shared on Facebook shows the Australian Survivor star chatting to the mystery woman on stage before giving her a hug from behind.
Meanwhile, Sophie shared her own video from her night out on The Sam Smith Show on Instagram, but didn’t mention her companion in the caption.
The mother-of-two can be seen in the video smiling broadly at a character off-screen as she dances at the concert.
The influencer wore her hair down and bared her waist in the sexy ensemble, which consisted of a flowy skirt and black tube top.

Meanwhile, Sophie has been open about sharing her heartache at the end of her romance with basketball player Maddie Garrick, which ended in late October.
The split left fans in shock as there was little sign that things were going downhill for the long-distance couple.
In mid-October, Sophie said she was “counting down the nights” until she could see her fiancé in Italy, where she’d taken a job on a women’s basketball team.

But just days after arriving in Florence, the self-help author cut short the holiday – and relationship – and flew home “in tears”.
While she didn’t give a reason for the abrupt split, she has deleted all traces of Maddie from her social media, alluding to “trust”-related issues.
A heartbroken Sophie, who took to Instagram ahead of Christmas, confessed she’s going to be “a little shitty” this year after her mum checked in with her ahead of Christmas Eve.
“Tonight is the first night I actually knocked at six,” she said.

“Because today I saw my mother and she said to me, ‘Will you be alright on Christmas Eve?’
‘I was like, ‘Yeah, why?’ And she liked to put her arm on me and said, “Are you sure? Do you want me to come?”
“Then suddenly I cried and I realized why she said that. Because I’ve numbed myself so much with everything that’s happened in my life.’

The nightwear designer was set to spend Christmas with her ex-fiancée in Italy, where Maddie has relocated to work for a local women’s basketball team.
Though Sophie didn’t reveal the reason for the split, she said she made the decision to set a “good example” for her two children.
Sophie had proposed to Maddie over Mardi Gras weekend in February and presented her with a huge ring set with three diamonds.

The nightwear designer was previously married to retired AFL star Jaryd Cachia, which ended before she started dating women.
“I had a beautiful man in my life, I still have. He’s an incredible father and an incredible friend to me, but why can’t women seek more? She said in 2020.
“I realized that married life wasn’t what I wanted. And it wasn’t like I realized, “Oh, I like women now, I’m going to leave my marriage.” It wasn’t; I realized I wanted more.
