Bisexual influencer Sophie Cachia has revealed her new mantra for 2023 three months after splitting from fiancé Maddie Garrick.
The 32-year-old mother-of-two posted to Instagram Stories on Wednesday, again sharing a photo of someone with a handwritten note about self-improvement.
The message read, “For personal reasons…I’m getting hotter, smarter and more committed to my inner peace than ever before.”

The uplifting statement comes after a difficult few months for the Australian Survivor star, who announced her shock split from basketball player Maddie in October.
Though Sophie didn’t reveal the reason for the split, she did hint at a breach of trust and said she made the decision to set a “good example” for her two children.
The split came a month after the couple began a long-distance relationship when Maddie moved to Florence, Italy, to work for a local women’s basketball team – and just eight months after they got engaged.

Ahead of Maddie’s departure, Sophie, the mother of daughter Florence, five, and son Bobby, eight, shared a heartfelt Instagram post in which they insisted their new long-distance romance was tragic and destined to thrive.
Sophie had proposed to Maddie over Mardi Gras weekend in February and presented her with a huge ring set with three diamonds.
The nightwear designer was previously married to retired AFL star Jaryd Cachia, which ended before she started dating women.

“I had a beautiful man in my life, I still have. He’s an incredible father and an incredible friend to me, but why can’t women seek more? She said in 2020.
“I realized that married life wasn’t what I wanted. And it wasn’t like I realized, ‘Oh, I like women now, I’m going to leave my marriage.’
“It wasn’t that; I realized I wanted more.”
