Sophie and Joe first sparked online rumors that they were expecting their second child last month when Sophie wore a form-fitting green dress that appeared to show the outlines of a pregnancy bump.
The revealing look seemed to spark a flurry of speculation from fans on social media that she could be pregnant again after giving birth to Willa in July 2020.
