<p>Karwai Tang/WireImage; Jon Kopaloff/Getty</p><p>” src=”https://s.yimg.com/ny/api/res/1.2/6rtX9csaJe3wxPebH8VeEw–/YXBwaWQ9aGlnaGxhbmRlcjt3PTk2MDtoPTY0MA–/https://media.zenfs.com/en/people_218/6db39dd3eb44acad41971d0d2 a6a9041″/></p><p>Karwai Tang/WireImage; Jon Kopaloff/Getty</p><p>Sophie Turner calls for her children to be returned to England.</p><p>In a lawsuit filed Thursday in a Manhattan court and obtained by PEOPLE, the 27-year-old Game of Thrones alum has requested that her two children — Willa, 3, and a daughter identified in previous court documents as D ., 14 months, was identified – to be returned to England.</p><p>The lawsuit against estranged husband Joe Jonas calls for “the immediate return of children unlawfully removed or retained,” with Turner’s legal team claiming the “unlawful retention” began on September 20.</p><p>Turner claims that in discussions over Christmas 2022, she and the 34-year-old musician agreed to declare England their “forever home” as they prepared for the coming year.</p><p>According to the documents, the couple sold the Miami home they previously lived in and were in the process of purchasing a home in the English countryside in April.
