Sophie Turner has accused her estranged husband Joe Jonas of refusing to let their two young daughters return to their “forever home” in England, according to a bombshell lawsuit filed in Manhattan on Thursday.
The Game of Thrones star claims her ex now keeps their children’s passports – despite previously agreeing that the girls, aged 3 and 1, would live in the UK during their shocking split, the report says lawsuit filed in federal court in Manhattan.
Turner, 27, and Jonas, 34, had allegedly reached an agreement for her to come to the Big Apple and pick up her daughters after she finished filming a project in the U.K., the filing says.

But when the actress arrived on September 17, Jonas reportedly didn’t want to let the children go.
“The father prevented the children from returning to England, which constitutes a breach of the mother’s right of custody under English law, as England is the children’s habitual residence,” the lawsuit says.
The lawsuit comes just weeks after Jonas filed for divorce on September 5 after four years of marriage.
Representatives for Turner and Jonas did not immediately respond to The Post on Thursday.
