Sophie Wessex gets her smile back

A month has passed since the unfortunate death of Queen Elizabeth, and since then the British royal family has had to get back to work. After living out their grief in public with a series of traditional appearances almost immediately after the news broke, they continued their agenda under the reign of Carlos III. Although it seems like a long time has passed, in reality relatively little has happened since the alarming news of the monarch’s deteriorating health broke. Among the first pictures to be seen of the family was that of a totally confused Sophie Wessex traveling with her husband Prince Edward and Prince Andrew and Prince William to Balmoral where the family matriarch would lose her life. Subsequent appearances by the family revealed a completely depressed Sophie, because it is well known that the Queen’s daughter-in-law had one of the closest relationships with the monarch. The pain Sophie experienced accompanied her in various apparitions, from the transfer of the coffin to Westminster Hall, to the painful state funeral, to the children’s and grandchildren’s vigils she was present at, around Eduardo and his two children to accompany those who took part in such an operation for the first time at a young age. Moving on, Sophie has resumed her public agenda with a tour of Africa where, thanks to the warmth of the people, she has regained her smile.
